iPad data

Just brought a second iPad from o2, realised that both have data plans, no SIM cards in. Am I missing something. I mentioned it in the chat when buying the second iPad, the assistant assured me everything I needed would be sent.

Resolved! Porting from Virgin Mobile to O2

I have been switched from Virgin Mobile to O2, I was told my number would be ported over as part of the renewal, but has not so I unable to receive calls. How long should this switch take?thanks

Hi Folks trying to do an upgrade but when I click on contract documentation option in basket it presents a red banner saying something wrong check your personal details.........I do and it says I was born in Jan 1900 !!!! er dont think so :)............

Resolved! Sim card losing connection with network

HiThe SIM card may be degrading as it often loses connection with the network. I've cleaned it and re inserted it and seems less problematic. Can I order a new SIM card on my current tariff?
