Why does o2 make it so hard to contact a human?

I really would like to speak to somebody but you’ve made it impossible.

 

All I want is a VAT breakdown on my bill

Yes contact with CS is difficult but this issue needs to be dealt with by o2 customer services 

Here are a few contact details I hope you will find one or 2 helpful best wishes

Either call them on 202 from your mobile phone, or 0344 809 0202 (or 0800 032 1402).

Alternatively message them on social media:
