Waiting since sunday last week for number change

5 times i have sat waiting too get my phone number changed over from 3 to 02 ..5 times they promised it will happen within 24hrs.  Its still not happening   todsy i call and they tell me you have to call back where too busy ..wtf .. what king of tech support is this.. none can call me in last 6 days im loosing buisness. Its not on

Regretfully ports don't happen Saturday and Sunday so you are looking at Monday at the earliest.

Wait 24 hours seems to be no more that a phrase to get you online.
