Only wifi available

Hi. Phone stolen, so reverted to my old Samsung a70 and ported from ee to o2. Over 2 months ago and no network only WiFi connectivity. Reported multiple times and still waiting on tech support. Meanwhile I'm being charged!!! Advice sought please
