Waiting for a new card

Hi I’m overdue to pay for my contract reason being iv had to order a new card and I’m waiting for it to arrive in the post,

iv received notification saying it needs to be paid or I’m being charged extra but I can’t find anywhere to let them know I can’t make a payment until my card arrives iv tryed live chat but it says the busy every time

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

(or the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217 )

@Raphael1 If you want to avoid problems like this in the future, set up a Direct Debit. What you owe monthly on your contract has to be paid on the due date come what may, so there's absolutely no reason not to.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
