Hi I have just taken a Volt package with 02 and Virgin Media.  My issue is I have not received my sim plus I will not be using the sim card or phone number so for me to receive my extra ie Disney channel free for 6 months how can I access this as the codes are sent by text to the new sim number. ? Also how do I access the channel on my TV?

How to activate extras here Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras  

You will have to put the sim n a phone to activate it.

To watch on any other device you just need to login with the details you used to sign up with.

If you cancel the sim contract your extra will end.
