Hi, We are a long term user of Virgin Media broad in my name and my wife has a monthly 02 mobile account.
When I looked at getting the Volt supercharged data, O2 did not recognise that we had a Virgin broadband account.
What do I do?

Both Names need to match on both Virgin Media and o2's systems this will be fixed hopefully in Q1 2022
