Hello,
I am trying to activate volt benefit but I keep getting the error:
"Sorry, we're having trouble fetching your information at the moment. Please try again later."
We have a virgin Media broadband at our address registered in my husband's name.

Take a look at, @Minee, at the Volt Megaguide - it tells you what to check on the O2 side with your Pay Monthly contract to help get Volt activated. Note it could take 14 or more days for benefits to be seen on both your O2 and VM accounts.
