Voicemail

Hi I have an iPhone 12 all of a sudden my voicemail messages are not showing as they used to . I only have a box that says ‘call voicemail’ I’ve turned my phone off then on again and followed the tips online but still. I tried to call 1710 and 901 and the calls won’t just get through.

Try dialling ##002#. This is the short code to cancel all diverts, including Voicemail 901. You then need to dial 1750 to switch voice mail back on.
