Visual voicemail gone following a contract change

I've changed my O2 contract this week and have lost Visual Voicemail on my iPhone. I've had this issue before following a contract change.

I called O2 to ask them to enable iData to get VV back (at least that's my understanding of the solution), but the guy didn't know anything about this.

Aside from repeatedly calling O2 until I get someone who knows about this, is there any other way to get VV working?

Thanks

@Bartinbrook

Correct, you need iData, but the Virgin Media agents haven't been trained on this unique O2 feature, so don't know about it.

Try asking for data for iPhones or try on

Social Media. Facebook or Instagram https://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/social-media

Thanks v much for that. I'll have to call O2 again as I've had no response from them via Twitter/X.

You can only use Facebook or Insta as I said above @Bartinbrook

Ah right, that explains it. Their O2 social media page shows links to Twitter, Snapchat etc, hence I tried Twitter

The good news is that it's now fixed. It took a bit pushing to get them to work out the issue. Thanks for your help.
