Hi all, a couple of months ago I renewed (with a change) my contract with O2.  After this change my visual voicemail on my iPhone stopped working and I cannot get it to work.  Everything was fine until an hour after renewing my contract.

You need to ask O2 to enable iData on your account, then when done, reset your network settings.

Thanks, so much for the quick response.  I wonder why would they not have automatically done this - it has worked for years and years without hiccup
