I received an email saying that my account had been locked due to 5 failed login attempts.
This was not done by me.
Can't find a way of emailing o2 to look into this.
Has anyone else had this happen?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
