View Previous Bills

This feature is not working and hasn't been for over a month no - I need to be able to download copies of my bills for expenses claims. Why has this been taken away, all that happens is I get an error message? When I click on the link to report the error I get another error message - any idea what O2 is up to?

@O2Emma Can you possibly share the solution to this issue please as I'm having the same problem? Seems like it would save time to publicly publish how to download bills? Thanks

Erm.... this is the solution, @Michael1878  - is it in need of an update? 

It worked for me on the web version of MyO2: Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?

Thanks for the reply @O2Emma   There is no error - I just can't see a place where I can download previous months' invoice statements. I can download the latest one and I can see the balance of the previous 2 but I need pdf downloads for my accounts.  I've tried both the app and the website and neither has this available on the dashboard that I can see.

Hi @O2Emma Thanks for the reply.  There is no error message - I just can't see anywhere I can download previous months' bills.  I download last month's and I can see balances for the previous two months (but no pdf) but I can't see anything more that that on the dashboard.  I've tried on the app and on the website too.

Hi @pgn Yes I tried to follow that but it didn't help. That's over 6 years old and the screens are different now.  At least what I'm seeing is.  I asked @O2Emma because she said she was going to direct message the OP

There's only the option to download the latest bill. The bit missing from the article you suggested is "

Right at the bottom is the link to download your bill for saving or printing.  Clicking this takes you to another page where you can do so (rather than just downloading it) as you can also choose if you want your last bill or one older."

 

That's not there on my dashboard.  Does that help you @O2Emma ?

I guess you're on the new 360 billing platform.

There is a known issue with bills. @ColinO2 any updates?
