This feature is not working and hasn't been for over a month no - I need to be able to download copies of my bills for expenses claims. Why has this been taken away, all that happens is I get an error message? When I click on the link to report the error I get another error message - any idea what O2 is up to?

Can you possibly share the solution to this issue as I'm having the same problem? Seems like it would save time to publicly publish how to download bills? Thanks
