VPN fails to connect

Hi  I have sophos ssl on my laptop and use it to vpn into the office.  When the wifi was down I've tried using my phone's data but it fails to connect.  

Is there a setting somewhere that needs to change

Try the no optimisation settings for your data apn:

– Default settings – includes optimisation:
– User name: o2web
– Password: password
– No optimisation required:
– User name: bypass
– Password: password
