Solved: Using phone in Greece

Hi,

I’m UK resident and currently in Greece and my phone will not allow me to use my data. I do not have internet access!!

I have 30gb per month with 23gb still remaining.

Please help.

@MarkM55 You may have a roaming bar on your account. If you message O2 via social media they should be able to help you:

If you have an iPhone, change your data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"

Note also that when working, you are limited to 25gb per billing period without incurring further charges.
