Hi there.
I've just switched over from EE to O2 and on to a sim only plan. O2 were meant to have sent me an esim, but amongst the dozens of emails from them, I don't have that. They've ported my number and my old sim has been cut off, leaving me with no phone.
I cannot get into my account on the O2 website as it requires me to receive a 2FA code by text, and my phone obviously isn't working.
O2 have no live chat agents, and the only way to contact support is to call them by phone, which I also can't do.
Anyone have any suggestions? It seems *incredibly* short sighted to have your 2FA rely on a working phone.

They appear in MyO2 and can be installed from there
