Hi, last night I made a payment for early upgrade and then chose to go to sim only. The payment came out of my bank and I received the documents but my 02 account does not show any record of this and still says I can upgrade. Please could you advise if my money and order is being processed and in hand? I have used 02 for many years and never had ant issues and wish to continue. Many thanks
