Hello,

 

i completed a upgrade yesterday- where the money has come out of my account but i’ve had no confirmation and its still in my basket

Your order is incomplete and O2 have not taken your money yet.

It will still be a pending transaction with your bank.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
