Hi there,

If someone can help me, please. I upgraded my phone, and I just received the new one. Can someone please tell me if the box should be sealed? Cause it wasn't!

Thank you,

Elena

No, not always.

Boxes can be opened to check, add or remove items (such as chargers which O2 no longer supply, etc).

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I understand. Thank you for taking the time to answer.

Yet, what's the guarantee that the phone is new and not refurbished?

If you bought a new phone, it's new.

If it was an insurance replacement, it's refurbished.
