Hi there.

Hope someone is able to help me with my issue. I am unable to recieve calls and texts on my android phone for more than a week now.

I have tried:

- restarted phone

- reset network settings

- disabled voicemail

- do not disturb mode has been disabled

- tried sim card in another phone but the issue remains

- swapped to a new o2 sim.

I am running out of ideas and I have called o2 on a couple of occasions but no luck.

Please can someone help.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

Hi @ARJ11N your best bet for a resolution is to keep chasing this up with O2. It may be most convenient to do that through the links from @MI5 above.
