Unable to make or receive calls

I have a redmi note 11 pro and recently in my area had network problems caused by signal interference but that no seems to be fixed but since then I have been unable to make or receive voice calls.

If I try and call out it is just silent or says the number is not recognised even though it's a valid number I called every day and if anyone tries to call me they just get the silence

I tried restarting the phone but the problem still persists and the 02 virtual assistant was no help at all

Hopefully someone can help and give me some advice of what to try next
