Although I am able to make calls as normal I am unable to connect to a specific 0800 number that I frequently use. Others on o2 are able to call the number so I'm not sure why its just me who can't. Can you help?

Not sure why that would be the case but you can try and Google for an alternative number to call.

@Carol11 What happens when you try to call that number? Try doing a long press on the number in your call log and check that you haven't inadvertently blocked it or marked it as a spam number.

Nothing blocked in my phone and not marked as spam. Just says unable to connect when I try to call but my daughter can call from her o2 number.

You can't block an outgoing call, only incoming ones.
