Hello, does anyone else have the same issue downloading bills from last year?
I have tried via the iphone app, and an Edge browser and a Chrome browser, (clearing all cookies and with / without incognito mode) all with the same error.
What i am doing:
Does anyone know of any other way to access previous bills? or when this may be resolved?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302

i have spoken to the folks on 202 who tried to email me the old bills a couple times, but they would fail with some internal API error they said. Last attempt was to print them and post them which I am waiting for.
I’ll give it a while then try the payment management number you shared.

Lots more gotchas post-360 migration, @spud10001 - different functionalities depending on app or web version of MyO2, historical bills and payment history, contract and order details from previous years...
