Solved: Network Provider Voicemail

Hello

Yesterday I upgraded my voicemail and now I have noticed my voicemail says Network p a provider voicemail . How do I get this off ?

How do you mean upgraded you upgraded your voicemail? As you either get Visual Voicemail or you get standard voicemail..
