Hi, since past few days, I'm unable to call my wife's number. It always says User Busy even though she is not. I can call her on WhatsApp or facetime but not direct call. She's on Lebara. I have checked and there is no blocking on her phone. Ie no blocked contacts. Restarted both phones.
Still no luck. Was checking other posts and it seems the 2nd line resolved similar issue for another subscriber on o2.

The O2 staff who worked here and solved so many issues, were removed from the forum last July.
There is now only 1 manager @Dave-O2 and I'm sure he would advise you to contact O2 via calling or social media. (All given in the link above via @MI5 )
