Hi there,
As part of my Virgin media package I got an unlimited O2 sim, unfortunately the sim has been set up with a nonexistent email address so I can't log onto myO2 to see the details...or reset the password...or change the email address. Annoyed as the Virgin account works fine with the correct email address used for signing up. How do I get this corrected?
