I've spent all morning trying to contact O2 about fraud but they clearly don't care!

I tried to call 202 to report fraud. 9/10 times the robot thought I was saying broadband and wouldn't let me say NO!. Finally once it understood the word fraud the robot kindly said "Good bye, thank you for calling O2" This happened 3 times..... DO YOU EVEN CARE ABOUT FRAUD???? On my 4th attempt it finally connected me to the queue... HOOOORAY!!! I waiting on hold for 38 mins and suddenly the call just drops!!?!?! I thought It could have been my bad so I repeated the whole process another 10 times to connect to the queue again. This time only 17 mins on hold before the call kicks me off!?!?! Clearly they couldn't find a F*** to give in that time frame!

So I move onto the website to search for a Live Chat or Email. The "Contact Us" page is atrocious! No options to actually contact them just FAQ's or Community questions. I even asked Aura and she's just as useful as my Mrs "visit the Contact us page" I ALREADY DID THAT AND ITS USELESS!!!! So after another hour of searching for some means of contact I have resorted to a message on Facebook and Twitter which got no response... SURPRISE SURPRISE!! I hope someone reads this before deciding to sign their life away to a company that doesn't care about their custom.

If this message gets removed from the community for the way I have spoken about O2 then its even clearer how much they care about us.

Thank you for ruining my day O2

This is a customer community made up of members like yourself.

There are various contact numbers in this guide for O2 Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

Also if you go into the shop and 'browse around, live chat will pop up https://www.o2.co.uk/shop

Finally you can contact O2 on social media. You can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help.

Hope that helps and welcome to the forum.
