Hi! My husband has transferred from Virgin. He was sent a new SIM card but cannot now receive messages. Any advice would be grateful.

Voicemail may need resetting

Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

You need to leave yourself a voicemail from another phone then listen to it on your phone and delete it.

It will clear the notifications.

@Florabunda

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)
