When someone calls me they get the message "the number you have called is not recognised"
This has been going on for several months, O2 replaced my sim and I've replaced the phone but the problem persists. What do I need to do?

Sounds like you need the account resetting by O2
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Thank you for this I'll give it a go. When I called them earlier in the week, they didn't know what to do! My account is all paid and up to date, I clear it monthly so it isn't an overdue balance. Thanks.
