Cancel my contract with O2. Im abroad and my phone won't work. How do I contact O2???

Hi, I am now living abroad and O2 appear to have switched off my phone. It says "Emergency calls only". I did get in contact with them and they said they would call back in 5 minutes....they never did. I have tried to call 202 many times and it just will not work from Slovenia. The phone is receiving texts etc but is impossible to call out on. I want it all cancelled asap

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
