Texts showing as international

Hi. When I get a text from a number not in my phone book it is showing as international and displaying a Spanish flag. This happening since I was in Spain. I've checking time zone setting and it is GMT. Any suggestions on how to fix?

I'll guess you are using a Samsung phone as this issue is being reported across all networks with customers with  Samsung phones.

They suggest you back up all texts then delete them all to fix the issue.
