Hi, I have a £15 big bundle which is supposed to give me free roaming in Ireland and includes 50 minutes of international calls. As soon as go into the South of Ireland I cannot make/receive calls and messages and cannot use my data. I have contacted o2 from both North and South of Ireland and been on to them for hours over several conversations and they tell me that there is no bar on roaming on my o2 number. They put me through many steps to check out settings on my phone but nothing worked. I put a different o2 (£15 bundle) sim card in my phone last month (different number) and it worked perfectly. I also tried the sim that I am having bother with in a different phone and it still didn't work in Southern Ireland....so not my phone that is the problem. I went into the shop after this and got a new sim card with my old number (which I need to keep), in case it was my sim being damaged which was causing the problem. This worked exactly the same, giving me no data, calls or texts as soon as I crossed over to the South. At the o2 shop, I suggested that the only solution for me was to change to a different service provider....they thought I should....not advice I would expect to hear from O2.
Not sure where to go from here...

Obviously an issue with that specific account so keep on to O2 until they sort it.
