Network Provider Voicemail

Sorry last post went wrong

 

i upgraded my contract yesterday and now my voicemail says  Network provider Voicemail. This never happened before . 
I upgraded two contracts and it’s doing it on both so clearly an issue since upgrading.

 

can anyone help please

I still don’t know what to do! Please help, I have an iPhone and it used to come up where I could listen to it on my phone and now this has gone and I don’t know how to do it

You need to contact O2 and ask them to add iData to your account.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

The Network Provider Voicemail is normal, it shows on my iPhone 15 Pro Max for both o2 and Spusu and takes me into the Voicemail on both vendors, and is quite normal now for iPhones and it cant be removed. but it doesnt need to be used.. 


You test need to tap on the names or numbers below the Network Provided Voicemail and then click on play to still use Visual Voicemail
