Since being switch to O2 from Virgin , my SMS dont arrive or arrive 8 times , and not always the last one i sent either. Anything other than leave o2 i can do?

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract)

In addition to the advice above, you could also take phone and some photo-id into an O2 Shop, and exchange your legacy Virgin SIM for a proper O2-branded one. The Store staff should make sure your phone number details are all moved to the new SIM before you leave store, and that all is working: voice calls, SMS send and receive, WiFi and data. And don't let them sell you anything! Good luck, @Matt1972
