My number was ported from talktalk (physical sim) to o2 (esim) yesterday and I have not had signal for ca. 24 hours. I have restarted my iphone 11 pro multiple times to no avail. I cannot access my o2 account as they are sending a code to my linked number - but obviously I cannot receive it because I have no signal.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this or all the contact numbers are here Guide: How to find help & contact O2
