Swapping number from 3 to o2

Hi all,

 


I'm having difficulty with activating my iMessages and FaceTime, and I’m also receiving no texts after switching my number from 3 to o2. 

I've followed all the guides I could find on here and other places to no avail. 

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If you had a temp O2 number you need to check Settings> Phone> My Number and edit it if incorrect.

If it cannot be edited, try resetting your network settings first.

If still no luck, you may need a new sim. 

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
