Can I use my phone whilst swapping from Virgin Sim to O2 Sim?

@Jane49 If your Virgin sim or O2 sim is active you can use it. If the swap is in progress you'll have to wait until it completes. The swap can take up to 24 hours, but it's normally much quicker than that.
