I've been trying to have my pay-monthly account switched to SIM-only. I have an order number for that, but after 2 days it's still 'being processed'. I tried to call customer support on 0344 809 0202 but the line seems dead, anyone any clues what's going on plz?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you
