Hi,
I'm looking for help quickly please. Up until April of this year I was able to receive text messages from the NHS which came through to me as NHS-NoReply. However, since then, none have come through to my mobile and I've missed some hospital appointments due to this. I have checked this is not on my blocked list. I am also not able to remove and readd as a contact, as it's can't be added as a contact due to it being a no reply service.
Thank you.

SMS is not a guaranteed method of communication, so no idea why the NHS continue to use it, apart from its cheap..
You will need to get the NHS Trust to check with there vendor to see if the messages are been sent or are been rejected by there platform.
You will need the background number as the NHS has so many numbers...
You can always try o2, if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202

Thanks for the advice. I'll call o2 tomorrow and see if they can look into it, as I've checked with the NHS and all seems to be okay from their end - it states the texts have been successfully sent.
