Unable to receive calls to my mobile days number not recognised can make outgoing calls been off all afternoon

No caller ID

Since I was transferred from virgin to o2 last week my caller id for incoming calls is not working, all callers show as Unknown. I have reset my network settings as advised by customer support but still not working. How can I get this fixed please?
