hi,
I recently took out a contract for my son and wants to set a spend cap (I failed to set it when I took the contract...).
This to settings up online and on the App, but to ko avail.
How can I get bit sorted please? I'd like to set a £0 cap please?

You need to contact O2 re Spend caps. This is a community of members like yourself.
