Solved: Sky glass and internet

Hi. We have recently got sky glass and ever since I have had poor connection and slow WiFi on my phone. My husband is with EE and his is fine.

O2 cannot control or influence your wifi connection. This is purely down to your phone and router.

Try forgetting your connection and re connecting. Reboot your router etc.
