I got a new sim because my old phone is lost and basically stolen, reported this to o2 a couple of days before I got a phone and asked for a simswap for it, I did it at the shop and my old phone was blocked before I got a new sim and now I can’t make any calls or receive them I can however with texts weirdly with the new sim I have four bars fully and it’s got the service name there, honestly at my wits end I need to be somewhere this week and have had to postpone it because of this. I tried it in a old phone of mine and still had the same issue.
