My phone has been blacklisted by O2 due to an error and mistake in someone else’s IMEI number which matched with my IMEI number and now phone has been blocked.
I have been trying to contact O2 for the past 10 days but no action has been taken. I can’t make/receive calls or texts and I will take you to court if my phone does not get unblocked ASAP.
