I had my phone stolen so placed an IMEI and lost and stolen bar on my phone. When I got my new device, I went to the O2 store to install a new ESIM and remove the bars. This was on November 6th. The SIM became "stuck in processing" and the employee raised a help ticket with the back office for me. I still have not heard anything (it's now November 14th) and the customer service team says they have no means of getting in touch with the back office team and are saying there is nothing I can do but wait. Has anyone had this issue before and is there any other means to resolve it?

eSim and o2 are two words that don't seem to fit well together @Frustrated14 - we see (hear) lots of people that have issues on the community.
You could try using the social media team as they have a good track record of solving issues.
