I have a virgin bundle which includes an o2 sim as part of the bundle. Due to a mistake on my part I cancelled the sim. I would like to request another sim please.

As you cancelled the SIM you may have cancelled the account and will have to take on a new one They should advise.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
