Signal is rubbish in Exeter

I am having signal issues in large parts of Exeter City Center when making voice calls or using 4G it’s been like this for years.

However, if it's been like this for years, it must be time for you to change network to one which gives you full service? Try a few PAYG sims from other networks and settle for the best one would be my advice.
