Signal in Lichfield is just appalling!

Why is the O2 signal in Lichfield so appalling! 

I barely get 4G anywhere in the city, and in Darwin Park I cant even get phone signal.

What a complete waste of money! 

Surely someone must be aware of this and working on it.

Please advise.

Downloading the o2 My Network app, and setting it up, will keep you apprised of ongoing work in the area.

Note that access can be difficult to get if multiple land owners and telecomm or utilities are needed to address a mast problem.
