Hi,

Can you help? My phone signal drops out randomly and I can’t seem to get 4G half the time. I have a work phone that is on EE network and I have full coverage and no issues with that when my personal phone can’t even get a signal.

I’ve done what you’ve suggested and turned the phone off and on again and this hasn’t resolved the issue. Would a new SIM card help?
